Every doll ships free in a plain, unbranded box with no product description on the label. In-stock dolls leave our US warehouse within 1–3 business days; made-to-order dolls take 2–4 weeks to produce.

Each doll is inspected before dispatch and covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. For hygiene reasons opened dolls cannot be returned — see our Returns & Warranty page for details.

Wash with warm water and a mild, oil-free soap, pat dry and finish with a light dusting of renewal powder. Store lying flat or hanging, away from direct sunlight and dark fabrics.
